| Grass Finished Beef - No Antibiotics or Hormones Added |
|
My dream is to provide great tasting pasture raised Grassfed beef in the same way my families have been raising cattle for nearly 60 years.
The Ranch, is located in Yachats, Oregon, a small coastal town. Alot of rain to keep the grass growing and plenty of sun in the summer and fall. The Ranch I operate is leased from the Carson Family and to the locals is called the The Carson Ranch. It is a wonderful small valley with the Yachats River running along the pastures to the south. If cattle could choose where to live they would pick here as a favorite spot. Alot of wildlife live on and around the farm and you can sometimes see coyote, deer, elk, bobcat, vultures, hawks and on rare occasion a bear or cougar. I have not had any trouble with wildlife except fence damage so we all live together peacefully. The ocean is a short 2 miles away and the ocean fog will roll inland in the hot summer afternoons to cool down the valley and add a mystical look to the surroundings. We are located at 1603 Yachats River Rd, if you are ever in the area, stop by and see the cattle and farm stand with flowers and vegies.
The cattle I raise and market from my farm and farms with the same values we implement live in a stress free environment the way cattle were designed to live. Raised on lush green pastures, free to roam about and graze when hungry, bask in the sun and just live a cow’s life. We don’t believe in small confined living quarters or the use of antibiotics and growth hormones added to their feed.
We believe in caring for our cattle humanely and always with a kind hand and caring for the land so it remains fertile for generations to come. The cattle are not given hormones or antibiotics and are finished on grass not grain.
We are growing our business to provide you with a superior product full of nutrition and taste that will satisfy any beef eater.
We want to thank you for your support of America’s Farms and for taking the time to read about Pasture Raised Grassfed Beef. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
